A: All prices listed in our catalogues for all items that are in stock are final. No extra cost is added except the postal expenses.
The prices listed in our catalogues for all items that are out of stock, can be altered, depending on the changes of cost accounting of the record companies. In case you have ordered item(s) that they are out of stock and their prices have been altered, we will inform you and wait for your confirmation before we proceed with the payment or the shipment of your order.

Q: I have found in your catalogue some items that are out of circulation or out of stock.
A: There is a possibility our catalogues to include some items that might be out of circulation/out of print. Some of them might be available in stock in our shop. In any other case, you can order them to us and we will keep the item(s) you wish backordered. We will inform you via e-mail when it is available again.

Q: To which countries can you ship to?
A: We accept ship orders worldwide.

Q: Where can I find the postal/shipping expenses for my order?
A: Orders with credit card and 'wire transfer' in Greece are charged for the postage with 4.50 euros registered post and 5.50 euros express & registered post.
Orders from the countries of the European Union are charged for the postage with 6.00 euros registered post and 8.00 euros express & registered post.
Orders from all the other countries are charged for the postage with 7.00 euros registered post and 9.00 euros express & registered post.

Q: How can I order from your site?
A: You can order and purchase the items you wish by:

2. Sending us your Order by Fax or e-mail. Just fill out and send us via fax your order to +302810360605 (morning times).

A: Yes. You can purchase CDs using a credit card (Visa – MasterCard – Euro Line). We will first confirm your order via e-mail, and then you will be prompted to our Eurobank Cards System to complete the transaction with credit card.

Q: For which countries are transactions through (wire) payment on delivery available?
A: Only Greece

A: You can send us your order even if the CD/DVD titles you wish to order are out of stock. Some of the CD and DVD titles that might be out of stock, they may be replaced within 3 - 15 workdays.

Q: What about damaged goods?
A: If for any reason you have received damaged goods due to transit, please contact us at info@aerakis.net within 3 days after you received them. If the damaged goods can be replaced we will do so with no charge. In case they cannot be replaced we will return you the amount you paid for that item(s). In both cases you must return the damaged goods back to us.
